Our Deluxe Mobile Cabins are considered seasonal dwellings and are available in a wide variety of floorplans and designs. Rustic interiors can be left plain or we can add hardwood floors, kitchenettes, bathrooms, bunkbeds, etc. per your request. Below are samples of what we offer. To learn more, please contact us.

Sizes, Outback or Alpine Cabins: 10'x12' up to 14'x40'
Many sizes and floorplans are available, customized to your needs. Please call us and we will discuss the options.
Features: Fully insulated, inspected wiring package, insulated windows and doors, 30-year metal roof, custom cabinetry.
Exterior Walls: Painted Log Siding, LP SmartSide® wood siding, Roseburg DuraTemp® wood siding, or GP VisionPro® vinyl siding.
Interior Walls: stained tongue-in-groove pine, painted LP SmartSide® wood siding, or walls can be left unfinished.
Flooring Options: vinyl, wood laminates, hardwood, and carpeting. Sub-flooring is heavy duty SureFlor® 3/4" tongue in groove.
Appliances: GE electric and gas stoves, GE microwave ovens, GE refrigerators, and LG washers and dryers.
Heating and Air Conditioning: Sanyo HVAC.
